When you have eczema unfortunately food is not your only trigger sometimes eczema can be brought on by environmental factors such as dust or even the temperature. People tend to overlook these triggers because they are purely beyond our control and isn't hard to phantom they that these simple things can cause outbreaks but they do.

If you are an eczema sufferer anything in your environment can trigger an outbreak. For instance I've known someone with an eczema allergy to fish break out when just inhaling the vapors as fish was cooking. If you realize you haven't eaten anything in awhile and you still have an eczema outbreak you may want to take this into consideration.

Of course Pollen is another common eczema allergy an unfortunately with a case like pollen there is not really much you can do to avoid it. My son normally has symptoms similar to that of hay fever when an outbreak this kind occurs, however symptoms will vary from person to person.

Watching what you put into your system and being mindful of your surroundings is going to be the best way to fight your eczema from the inside.
