Today I want to share 5 different acne treatment options with you. If you suffer from acne you have probably tried all kinds of treatment options. There are the creams, cleansers and even over the counter and prescription medications. But have you also given natural acne treatments a try?.

1) Watch What You Eat And Drink
The most important step towards clearer skin is to drink plenty of water. This one change alone will improve your skin and your energy levels. Keep a food journal for a while to find out what ingredients trigger your acne the most. Excluding them from your diet is usually your best choice.

5) Vinegar And Baking Soda
Last but not least, here are two more homemade treatment options. While you are suffering from an acne breakout, use vinegar like a toner a few times a day. This will cause your face to heal fast. After your acne breakout is healed, apply a baking soda mask to your face, neck and shoulders. To make it just mix the soda with a bit of water. Keep the paste or mask on your face for a good 15 minutes. Remove it with lots of clean water. Use this mask a few times per week. Your acne will likely be greatly reduced because the baking soda does a good job of restoring the ph balance.
