When it comes to our body, and our face in particular we all want to preserve what we were born with for as long as we can. If you are not drinking water, then you are not only dehydrating your body, but your skin as well. When you skin gets dehydrated, pimples can start to form. It is best to drink your usual 8 glasses of water a day and stay on top of things!

Take care of your body by taking regular showers. It might seem sort of funny, but some people do not have the proper hygiene, which cause numerous breakouts, which cause frustration and self consciousness. The bottom line is, when it comes to natural acne cures, not every one is going to work for you. So, test them out for a week or two. Some of them you might already do such as drinking water or working out. These cures are simple, and you should have no problems with trying any of them out!
